Ten years supplying the UK vape trade from one warehouse in Newcastle.

We are a wholesale-only distributor. No retail arm, no competing shopfront — every case we hold is there to be sold on by the 2,400 independent retailers, forecourts and vape shops who buy from us.

Built by people who ran shops

Vape Marketplace started in 2016 as two convenience stores in Newcastle upon Tyne that could not get stock reliably. We began buying in volume for ourselves, then for the shops around us, and by 2019 the wholesale side had outgrown the retail side entirely — so we sold the shops.

That history sets our priorities. We hold depth rather than breadth on the fast lines, we publish honest margin figures against real RRPs, and we do not undercut our own customers by selling direct to the public.

Today we operate 18,000 sq ft in Newcastle upon Tyne, carry 4,180 active SKUs from 62 brands, and pick orders the same day when placed before 3pm.

How we got here
2016
Two convenience stores in Newcastle upon Tyne start buying disposables in bulk.
2018
First 4,000 sq ft unit taken in Newcastle upon Tyne. 60 retailers supplied.
2019
Retail shops sold. Vape Marketplace becomes wholesale-only.
2022
Move to the current 18,000 sq ft site. Trade counter opens.
2026
62 brands, 2,400 customers, same-day collection at the trade counter.

Compliance is not optional

Every line we list has been checked against UK TPD limits and carries an MHRA notification. We refuse products we cannot document, however well they would sell.
